Persona Associates Limited provides an individually tailored and comprehensive land referencing service to government agencies, local authorities and private organisations.

With dedicated, experienced and knowledgeable team members, who are conversant with the requirements of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act, Town and Country Planning Act; Highways Act and are trained in Land Law by H.M. Land Registry, we take on board each individual project with courtesy, diligence and discretion in line with the Data Protection Act. We manage all aspects of Land and Property Research from feasibility studies of regeneration right through to delivery of the scheme.
